Join Ted Fink at a celebration to launch his fifth book, Pebbles in the Fire Ted will share what inspired his novel, and sign copies of his book. There will be light refreshments. All proceeds for the sale of his book at the launch will benefit Hilltop Books and the Friends of Chestnut Hill Library. The event will take place outside in the Bookstore's backyard garden. Ted Fink’s latest mesmerizing novel, takes place in Nicaragua and is a story of hope. A poor farmer desperately wants to have his three-year-old son’s cleft palate repaired. They begin a courageous and perilous journey to reach Managua before the surgeons from Operation Smile leave the country.
