My Job: *Conduct all the marketing *Find the leads *Set the appointments for you to give quotes Your Job: *Give accurate quotes *Execute all the work (from remodels to switching out a toilet; demo, drywall, repairs, renovation, build-out etc.) The Deal: We take out 10% of the top line for direct marketing expenses (for example, from a $10,000 invoice, $1000 is taken out for marketing. We take out material cost. You, as the construction person get a fair daily project payment (we decide together) for your time. We split the balance (what is left over).
