We are looking forward to getting back to our roots in Kitsap County this year, grateful to be moving back to the area from Seattle. Currently we have been managing over 20 residential and commercial properties for a prominent property owner in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle for years, on top of running projects for other property owners in the area. Ideally, we would like to find a reasonable, down to earth property owner with a large rental property available in the next few months, large garage and or workshop, 3-4 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, etc. We can trade work on your properties towards renting one of your properties while we reestablish our footings in Kitsap County.
