Press release from Town of Hamden: August 25, 2021 Come out to the Hamden Police Department's End of Summer Bike Rodeo and School Supply Stroll this Saturday, August 28th from 11am-2pm at Town Center Park. There will be several organizations giving out backpacks, school supplies, italian ice, and more to the first 200 kids in attendance. There will also be a Touch a Truck event and balloon sculpture in addition to treats for sale from Hamden's own DiSorbo's Bakery Truck. he Hamden Arts Commission will also be there giving out their free Summer Art Kits (up to 200).
