Need 1st phase of landscaping completed this fall. Install initial irrigation system, flagstone patio/walkway, planting beds, and pergola framing. Some concrete demo and dirt removal needed. Approximate area encompasses 12' x 40'. Could begin as early as Mid-September. 2nd phase would begin March 2022 or as weather permits.
