Need my yard cut.

Please I need my yard cut and weed eat. The person that was doing it tore my mower up. I'm completely disabled and can't do it. Please I don't got alot of money but I don't want to get a ticket from the city or snake bit. And the yard is out of control. There's also a sheld needs torn down lots of scrap in it you can have the scrap for tearing it down and hauling it off. There's also some fire wood and concrete blocks on the back part the property that may still be good. Again please I am desperate in need of help. I can't afford no $200 or $300 I'm on disability
