TITLE: Return Department Lead Operator LOCATION: Olathe HOURS: Mon-Fri 7:00am – 3:30pm Ability to work overtime as required DUTIES: • Efficiently and accurately process returns and hold product • May be required to work in shipping/receiving • Daily clean work areas • Direct employees per supervisor instruction • Train new and newly assigned employees • Assist supervisors and managers with assorted duties • Operate return ramp in accordance with Company standard • Instruct and train employees REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to read and comprehend basic written instructions • Correctly perform fundamental mathematical calculations • Ability to follow directions written/verbal • Must be able to lift weights of up to 50lbs.,bend, reach, twist and stand for prolonged periods • Ability to communicate and instruct employees • Ability to analyze problems and communicate them to supervisor/manager Accelerate 360 Distribution, LLC in an Equal Opportunity Employer
