Sweet 5 year old needs a new home!

Weland is a five year old domestic short hair in need of a new home. He was inside/outside but we found out two years ago that a neighborhood cat was FIV+. Weland is not FIV+ but we must keep him inside only now to avoid infecting our indoor only cats. This has unfortunately made him anxious and unhappy and we are looking to re-home him to a place he can be outside periodically. He is a social cat who likes being brushed and scritched. He does not like being picked up or held, but will sit in your lap while you watch a movie. He's litter box trained and has not had any accidents in our home. He loves to jump and has ended up on our tallest cabinets! But, counter to cat nature, he doesn't knock things off shelves or steal items (he's the only one we allow around the breakables). He's unnecessarily anxious in our home and we'd like him to be happier. If anyone would like a sweet, polite indoor/outdoor cat he's a great fit! Please message if you want more detail.
