I got my first flock of chickens this year as 25 straight run chicks. Turns out only 8 of them were hens. I found homes for the first ten obvious cockerels some time ago, but its become clear we have several more and they are starting to squabble with the small number of pullets coming of age. Otherwise they They should be about 4-5 months old now, and I’m hoping to find homes for the four barred rock mixes ASAP and then see how the remaining few roos do. Would be thrilled to trade them for some young hen to even the flock up. Asking $5 rehoming fee per rooster. Would be happy to do $15 if you take all four. Text or email. Pickup in North Greenbush.
