We are a large Property Management company searching for a solution-oriented, efficient, professional, clean, and reliable maintenance/handyman to perform typical handyman duties such as: replacing a toilet, fix basic leaks, install laundry tubs, install windows, fix several reoccurring tenant damages, removing/installing locks, installing doors, ground keeping, painting, patching and fixing holes, install basement glass block clean basements, install kitchen sinks, a little bit of cement work and other tasks. Individual needs to be able to communicate with the tenants and be respectful at all means. Able to set up appointments and perform the task in a timely manner. Provide full transparency of the job on hand with a proper explanation. We are continuously growing and are searching for 4 individuals. Good Luck.
