Hello, We are a small gluten-free sourdough wholesale production bakery, and we are looking for a full-time production team member for the following shifts: Sunday 12pm - 5pm (*flexible) Monday 1pm - 9:30pm Tuesday 10am - 6:30pm (*flexible) Wednesday 1pm - 9:30pm Thursday 10am - 6:30pm (*flexible) (*flexible: not all work within shift has to be performed at a specific time, so start and end times are adjustable, and additional hours are available) Main Tasks Include: -Oven Management -Running Slicing and Closure Equipment, bagging bread -Boxing and palletizing product -Monitoring bread for slicing readiness -Batch weighing -Cleaning, shutdown -Fermentation Tank Management, Feeding & Cleaning -Facility & equipment daily maintenance/cleaning -Keeping accurate batch records, cleaning records, other required records Required Skills and Traits: -Strong attention to detail -Ability to follow directions -Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality -Ability to work independently -Time management skills -Positive attitude -Able to lift 50lb -Able to thrive in fast-paced physical work environment -Reliable, committed, punctual -Pallet jack, warehouse, food production experience a plus + Please reply with your availability and why you think this job is right for you.
