Hi, this beautiful kitten is Tommy. He is approximately 7 weeks old and is looking for a loving and responsible home. Let me tell you about him. He was found 4 days ago as a stray living on the streets. He was thin and scared and a little shy. We have been working on socializing and he is now playful and comfortable being held. He has been using his litter box but has had a few accidents. We are working on litter box training. Tommy needs a human who is able to be patient and understanding. He gets very scared around our dog but seems to be comfortable around other cats. He has been seeking interactions with our adult cats but they haven’t been as welcoming of him as we hoped so we can’t keep him. He does not have any fleas or immediate health needs but does need to be seen for vaccines and needs to be neutered. I am asking for a $30 rehoming fee to help ensure his new human is serious about his adoption. I hope his new human is prepared for the commitment he/she is making when adopting him. Too often kittens are adopted temporarily as a toy for young children and discarded when they get older and “are not that cute anymore.” He has been through a lot and deserves a human who is prepared to commit to caring for him. Cats, on average, live to be 12 to 17 years old. Please send me a message if you are interested in adopting him.
