Need experienced RV tech familiar with diesel engine as well

Need help asap with a 2002 Rexhall Vision Diesel 36’ The rv does not have power and has an Electrical issue. When nearing our house coming home from our last trip, the RV appeared to start to lose power. The rear view camera started flipping on and off, the gauges on the dashboard all started flying around wildly from one side to another, etc. Then it lost all power and completely died (while moving) on Sunset Cliffs just a few blocks from our house. Got it started again and made it the last few blocks to our house. Now it has no functioning electric at all. Nothing works in the whole RV. Might be the alternator, may be the solenoid, may be connections and/or batteries. May also be worth noting that we were towing a Jeep Wrangler at the time. It also has a cooling system problem and may need a new radiator but that’s a whole other matter. Please reach out to us if you think you can help.
