We are dedicated to hiring motivated people, who are prepared to become educated, committed members of our family. This is not a seasonal position. We are looking for responsible team members that are motivated, dependable, mechanically-inclined, willing to learn and able to communicate well with clients and team members. Principal Duties and Responsibilities -Perform work in a thorough and neat manner in accordance with industry standards, codes and laws. -Assist with and gain experience from preventative maintenance, trouble diagnosis, routine and emergency maintenance and repairs -Responsible for maintaining their assigned equipment in a clean, first-class, efficient, operating condition -Strive for continual improvement of technical skills through experience and trade literature -Exhibit a desire to learn and excel -Required to perform after-hours assignments -Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor -Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function This position requires: -Common sense and general knowledge of the use of hand tools -A saftey-minded work ethic -A Willingness to take and understand directions -Customer service driven attitude -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -General knowledge of email, smart phone and program apps -Ability to report, record and follow through on projects -Valid driver’s license and clean 39 month driving record  Fiat offers: Competitive compensation Health insurance Retirement plan Company vehicle and gas card Company cell phone and laptop Company uniforms On-going, paid training Earned PTO Paid holidays
