This dog was initially found in estrella mountain ranch in Goodyear back on 8/14~ he then showed up on cotton and MC 85 yesterday. He was trapped and he is safe. If no one comes forward in a week he will he adopted out. I am a rescuer so I have covered all the bases. Thank you~
