Dark blue grand Marquis Front right tire was black other 3 aluminum wheels. Stolen at gas station. Please contact me i was unable to report theft due to me buying it recently from a toward & it not being registered to me. I am trying again to report using bill of sale I am a broke 28 year old i need my car thanks. The man who stole my car was a Hispanic Mexican cholo gang member Male 20-30 years tattoos on face i think. North County Vista Local Email me please if u have info.
