Is it time for the 16th Amendment to be repealed? The Federal Gov is wasting about 30% of the Tax money it receives I mean wasting it, not spending it badly. Hundreds of billions of dollars are given to Foreign governments, so they will be our friends. money that is wasted. We gave Puerto Rico 70 billion dollars for new infrastructure IE: roads, water, power lines, Guess what the money could not be found, not one dollar was spent on those improvements. 70 B could so much for the children right here in America, 70b could build, buy many homes for the homeless. That 70b is a drop in the bucket, on what the government in Washington throws away. Now if the 16th amendment was repealed, each state could better take care of the needs of it's citizens with way less overhead, and more direct control by the citizen. And we would not be getting into wars all over the world.. I'd replace the federal income tax with a National sales tax that way each of us would pay and the money could only be used for the Military, the Gov. We would do away with Agriculture dept, Education dept, again each state would have more control. Give it a thought...
