Davis Management is hiring contractors to perform mortgage inspections in [see map]. These are visual inspections, conducted during daylight hours, to verify residential property occupancy & condition. Applicant must be highly self-motivated. This is a 1099 position. Requirements; must be available during daylight hours, use Samsung Galaxy or iPhone 8 or higher, reliable fuel efficient vehicle, desktop/laptop computer, printer, scanner and must pass a background check.
