Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Personnel Reports to: Production Manager and CEO FLSA Status: hourly Company Information: Shooting Range Industries, LLC is a premier design and manufacturing company of quality and innovative live fire Modular Containerized Small Arms Training Sets (MCSATS® /RR), Modular Shooting Ranges, brick and mortar ranges, shooting range equipment, and HVAC supply. We have been directly involved with the design, manufacture, and installation of equipment of over 120 modular shooting range systems and over 500 different brick and mortar ranges. Shooting Range Industries has an in-house HVAC company as part of our service which promotes our extensive background in metal fabrication, HVAC design and installation. SRI has the skills, experience, and background to design and build custom, convenient products to meet all of our customer’s needs. Summary: Work in the North Las Vegas facility. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with little supervision and must be able to read and interpret specifications and shop drawings. Must be able to efficiently make all repairs and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. Minor repairs of electrical, HVAC, Evap cooler and plumbing equipment. A great candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical, golf cart, forklifts and other vehicles to support daily operations. HVAC and Evap systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain the cleanliness of the office and shop/warehouse. • Daily maintenance to golf carts, forklifts and other vehicles, • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues • Check all systems of buildings to ensure functionality • Plan and implement all repair and installation activities • Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities • Provide relevant feedback to Manager to enable continuous product improvement • Adhere to all Safety and Health policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: • Must take and pass a prescreen drug test • Must possess a HS Diploma or GED • Must possess proven experience as a maintenance personnel • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, construction, carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, etc. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Position requires physical work with material handling and lifting up to 50 lbs., good hand & eye dexterity, and continuous walking • Must be willing to learn other trades and have a desire to learn new skills • Must be able to fluently read, write and speak English • Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus Enjoy a causal work environment with a competitive salary, excellent benefits including medical, dental...
