Found: Black cat with collar?

A returning all black cat with what appears to be a collar (barely visible) over the past few overnights. Often in tandem/following (at some distance) a feral tuxedo. Grabs some kibble food left out but displays non-feral characteristics. Camera video shots attached. Near 606
