Need help rehoming & rehabbing dog

We're in search of an experienced dog owner who is willing and able to take on a high-needs dog. We took in Cheeto several months ago from an unstable home. He is very active, loves playing fetch and going for walks. He has a low threshold for certain stimuli (especially new people, doorbells, and car noises), and displays some fearful behaviors. We are not able to provide him with the routine, exercise, and discipline he needs to thrive, but we're holding out hope that someone else can. He does have a bite history: three since we have had him. Two were during high-stimulus situations, and one was when he felt cornered. We will only consider rehoming with a person who has the capacity to rehab this kind of behavior. Please reach out if you have experience and capacity to take Cheeto on. Thank you!
