Our Portfolio consist of 70 units in Dayton. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to do maintenance and work in our building and other local properties.
As a maintenance technician you're able to perform a variety of maintenance and repairs to residential properties and common areas with a specialty in various trades, such as, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, lawncare, flooring, etc.
Responsibilities:
Work 40 hrs per week (Mon-Fri).
Inspect, repair, maintain, and improve residential properties
Lift 50 lbs.
Climb ladders up to 12'
Perform all work in a detailed, thorough, and workmanlike manner.
Receive/coordinate tasks with the team lead.
Skills/Abilities Needed:
Focused, detail oriented and organized.
Take pride in completing a job to a high standard.
Pleasant, polite, positive, service-oriented, and friendly communicator.
Ability to identify and solve problems, but also knows when to ask for help and advice.
Independent worker who needs minimal supervision, but will work cooperatively as part of a team.
Impeccable integrity and ethics!
1+ years working in one or many trades, mostly with residential handyman or remodeling
Possess basic construction tools, smartphone, reliable transportation
Valid references
Having you own truck is a bonus!
Valid driver's license
