Install rack and step on my truck

Simple job but I don’t want to drill hole in to my truck myself, so I’m hiring someone. For the steps, one already fell off and the other needs to be pulled off before installing new ones. For the pipe rack, drilling in to the truck is required for one step, and I’m not sure if I have the right kind of drill bit so bring if you have it, otherwise I’ll buy one. Any fair offer is accepted. Thanks!
