Looking for a plumber or a handyman who knows how to do plumbing. We are a property management company and we frequently need plumbers to repair leaks, fix toilets and do unclog kitchen, bathroom drains.
Here's what we expect:
1. Must have cashapp, zelle, venmo or some other form of electronic payment.
2. Must be able to send before and after pictures
3. Have your own tools
4. Have all your own tools
5. Predictable and consistent pricing (ie. replacing a toilet is always the same price)
Here's what you can expect from us:
1. You will be paid same day or as soon as we can verify the job is done.
2. Clear and prompt response via text, phone call and emails.
3. Consistent work several times a week.
