WARNING WARNING WARNING Never re home your small dogs or kittens to a women named Joanne Ward !! She also goes by the name Joanne Goulet.. Joanne Lives in Saint Johnsbury VT and has been flipping small dogs for years. My wife and I got caught up in her scam before we know what was going on. She post ads saying she had to put her dog to sleep and is looking to fill the gap. My wife and I re homed a beautiful 2 year old male Pomeranian to her. 3 days later she had him up for sale in a Vt news paper called the Calidonian Record. I quickly started investigating her. I call the news paper and found out she has posted several ads with them for small dogs. I talked to a rescue that informed me she has been flipping small dogs for years. I found out her her vet was and was told its not a good idea to re home to her. I talked to Saint Johnbsbury Animal Control Officer and was told to keep doing what I am doing Warn the public about her. Joanne actually had the nerve to call my home 3 or 4 times impersonating a police officer. We have been in contact with local police and VT police. Posting these warning are completely legal... Please always ask for picture ID when re homing. Please do not re home to this Joanne Ward, and DO NOT buy any dog from her.. She has also been searching for kittens so please do your job and make sure you know who you are re homing to. Avoid re homing to flippers. In revenge Joanne will post be aware of Painted Wingz Its kind of funny but also stupid. Do your home work people protect your pets from people like her.
