Found Dog - Black Female Pitbull. She was wandering around the railroad tracks in Newberg for a week before she would approach us. Was very skittish at first and would run away at the sight of us. She has white markings on the underside of her neck and on her chest, brown eyes, medium size around 45lbs. Seems to be young, plays like a puppy. Super sweet and gets along well with other dogs.
