new art space

Description

I am renovating 1541 w. Chicago Ave. into an art gallery/space. I am looking for guest curators, artists, event planners, and collectors to help grow the space into a vibrant artists hub. We have approx 3000sq2 of space and have funding for at least one year of operation. Im looking for Contemporary Imagists, Minimalist, Expressionism, instillation, sculpture, fiber arts, works on paper, video, sound work. We are not interested in traditional photography, work prior to 2018, crafts, or work without a thesis. Very open to ideas, pop-ups, guest lectures, group hangouts, special events.
