As our Maintenance/Grounds Technician, you should possess the following skills: good communication, physical condition to work outdoors, ability to climb several stairs daily, and operate different lighter equipment. The Maintenance/Grounds Technician is responsible for the property appearance; daily inspection of the property, Pool/Jacuzzi maintenance including chemicals and testing, ensuring the landscaping is repaired, trimmed, neatly groomed (working alongside our landscaping vendor). This position is for someone who cares about the curb appeal of the property, helping out where needed and being a team member.
