Buddy is not neutered, not UTD on vaccines either. I've had him for a week. I adopted him from someone that did not take care of him at all. I dewormed him and he is already gaining weight. He is VERY smart. He does well on leash and off. He's house broken and kennel trained. He is good with other dogs as long as they are a fixed if they are male. However he is NOT good with cats. He does have a rehoming fee, same that I paid for him.
