Tricon Snow Control is a regional snow contracting company, providing services for businesses and commercial properties. We specifically focus on snow and ice management and offer a wide range of snow removal services that include: snow plowing, ice control, snow hauling and stacking, sidewalk shoveling and deicing, and much more. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service, along with quick turnaround times. We currently have multiple opportunities available for our Regional Supervisor- Seasonal role. Job Duties: Attend pre-season training. Conduct site visits and pre-season damage analysis. Maintain great client relationships. Manage assigned employees and sub-contractors within assigned region. Solve any issues and/or non-performance. Assist in plowing operations. Provide field guidance when needed. Report to upper management on operations POSITION REQUIREMENTS Managerial experience Bilingual Preferred 1+ years of snow/landscape/construction experience preferred but not required Familiarity with smartphone and tablet technology Must be comfortable with communicating through email, text and other messaging systems Must have a current & valid drivers license, accompanied by clean driving record Ability to potentially work flexible and at times, long shifts (weather dependent) Valid Drivers License- CDL Preferred On-Call Daily Availability October 15th- April 15th Physical Requirements: Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, grasp, carry, push and pull Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus
