Moving Head Crew Leader

Seeking well qualified and experienced crew leader for local moving crew. Must have drivers license and be able to drive a 24' truck. Must have a clean driving record and possess managerial skills to lead, manage, and run heavy duty moving jobs. Must be flexible and be able to work 12 hours days. Be able to show up 6 days a week and take the heavy lifting and heat. Please have your own transportation and be on time. Pay will be Minimum $16.00 plus to start. Most of my Head Crew Leaders make $40,000-$60,000 per year. Must be polished, and have the ability to interact with customers and be very presentable. Must be able to manage a crew of 3-6 men and actually work on the job. This is not a sit on your butt position. If you're "not" a hard worker, please don't respond.
