Hi! We'd like you to meet Xander, a 3 year old border collie/walker hound mix. Xander has been owned by our family since he was a puppy and is very sweet and intelligent. He knows many tricks, such as sit, down, stay, shake, and up. He is excellent for nail trims, he is house trained, kennel trained, and is good around other dogs of all sizes, cats of all ages, and kids of all ages. Xander's favourite activities are napping with his people on a comfy spot and playing with other dogs. Xander is seeking a loving family without livestock. Currently, he lives on a property with horses and has issues with snapping at the horses and we don't have a safe way to give the horses the security they need without compromising our ability to exercise Xander in our yard. Xander is current on annual shots and his Rabies vaccine is good through 2024. Modest rehoming fee will apply, but excellent homes can be worked with.
