The Driver/Equipment Operator is a key team member serving our customers. This year round position handles tree spade operations and other key activities completing a variety of interesting jobs each week. Equipment training is provided. We want everyone to be able to identify and achieve their own version of success, which means giving each team member the room and opportunity to grow. What a day is like: In this position the Driver/Equipment Operator utilizes skills and specialized training with our specialized trucks and equipment. Interfacing with a variety of other different position in the organization, the position provides opportunity for learning and growth in the green industry. What kind of person are we looking for? Someone with: The ability to run various types of equipment, who enjoys working outdoors High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years driving experience (CDL not required) The responsibility and independence to work autonomously Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs Se habla Espanol!
