Rehoming an Active Husky

Description

The dog pictured is named Timber, so in hopes that the name will grow on you as well, I will use it throughout. Timber is a pure-white coat Siberian Husky and is believed to be 6-7 years in age. He is a loving dog that will greet you when you come home with a loving voice (yes, he talks when you come home), and enjoys playing in the backyard with his toys. Timber would require an active household as we would often let him off-leash with his German Shepard housemate and he would chase rabbits, mice, and occasionally go for a dip in the water. While I only ran him on some of my runs around the neighborhood, he maintained focus well and could be a running/biking partner. We have provided Timber with a home since April 2019 when we agreed to foster him on behalf of a shelter, but we are approaching a time where we are unable to provide him the directed love he needs. While we want him to find a new home, it will not be until we have had two meetings together, and not until the second will we hand him over to his forever home. Some important notes to the person that invites him to his forever home: - While Timber does not necessarily play with children, he is very friendly and will welcome being pet - He is in need of a teeth cleaning - Timber would need some time accommodating to other pets in the household Please contact me (via email) if you have any questions, are interested in taking this dog for an adventure, and would like to invite him into your home. Plan to meet in east Long Beach for any adventures! - Michael *a rehoming fee of $200 will apply
