Construction Foreman Level Design Build Denver, CO Job type: Full-Time $28-$45 an hour This position is our project leader in the field and integral to our success. They will coordinate tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. The Foreman assigns duties and is responsible for monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint. Best Qualified Candidates Possess: Great communication and organization skills Ability to ensure crew is working safely and job sites are safe at all times; anticipate potential hazards Ability to roll-up your sleeves and figure things out - no matter the challenge, you rise to the occasion Experience leading crews or small teams Experience in rough carpentry and formwork for concrete Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
