Collaborative punk band start up

Description

Looking to start up an original punk band with an emphasis on collaboration in song writing. I have numerous riffs and ideas, just need that extra bit of help to develop them into full songs. Looking for drums, bass. I play guitar but will be glad to work with a second guitarist. Would eventually need a vocalist, but I am not overly concerned with that right now, the singers will come when the songs are ready. All ages welcome, but keep in mind I am 39 years old haha. I am comfortable working with younger folks but my experience as a younger person reminds that I probably was not hanging out with 40 year olds when I was 25 haha. I started playing guitar in Jr High, played through high school, then picked it up again about 4 years ago and have been practicing nearly non stop since then. Goals for project: this project is not for those looking to tour, make money, or otherwise "make it" in the music industry. I do want to record an EP, possibly a full album, and I would love to be able to play out a few times a month locally, or even play street festivals next summer. I would like to rehearse at least 1 time per week, ideally 2-3 times per week. So yeah, I'm a laid back guy, no ego here, easy to get along with, do not have tons of experience playing in bands but I can play the guitar well enough to hold my own in a punk band haha. I have professional equipment and really just want to have fun making music. Influences include, but are not limited to: The Lawrence Arms, Jawbreaker, Elway, Red City Radio, Bad Religion, Rancid, Kali Masi, Green Day (first 2-3 albums only), The Replacements, Sincere Engineer, and of course the classic punk from the 70s and 80s. I also enjoy indie/folk/rock/blues, would be interested in adding elements of these genres into the mix as well. This is one hell of a long post, good god.
