Handyman Needed for Rental Properties

Seeking a full-time handyman for general maintenance and repairs at several rental units in Chino Hills, Pomona, Ontario, Upland, Fontana, Colton and Riverside. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, that is hard-working, reliable and honest. Must have experience in: • Basic plumbing • Basic electrical • Basic construction • Patching and painting • Removing flooring and installing flooring • Installing fixtures • Repairs Job Duties include, but are not limited to: • Daily repair and upkeep of the properties. • Preparation of vacant units for occupancy. • Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment. • Cleaning work area, tools and equipment. • Courteous, efficient response to management at all times. • Timely response to service requests, make-readies, etc. MUST have a reliable vehicle to use for work MUST have a valid driver's license and insurance MUST have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds MUST have knowledge of basic power tools MUST be able to work in variable conditions (indoor/outdoor), occupied houses, etc
