We are PRIME GROUP, a leading residential owner and manager of apartment communities across the western United States. We operate in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington State. We are currently hiring for a FULL-TIME Leasing Consultant and Maintenance Technician! Applicants with STRONG: Sales and Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply for our Leasing position. Applicants with a minimum of one year of maintenance experience are encouraged to apply. Weekend availability is required. Compensation commensurate with experience + monthly BONUSES!!! LEASING - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments and answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly. MAINTENANCE - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule. Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis; Plumbing (including sewer lines), Painting, A/C and heating systems, Appliances, Water irrigation systems, Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners and Interior/exterior lights.
