need singer for dreamy/synth-pop/electronica project

Looking for a singer to accompany ethereal Bowery Electric (the Beat album), echo/reverb driven (Black Tambourine), atmospheric dream-pop (Mazzy Star), a little trip-hop (portishead), some synth-pop (Joy Division) and electronic music (Air's "Moon Safari"). If you can play an instrument and bring your own tunes to the table that's terrific. I would like to focus your energy towards the frequencies that lend themselves to those genres so well. Air's "Sexy Boy" and "Floating on a Rocket", Portishead's "Wandering Star" and "Cowboys", Mazzy Star "Fade Into You", Mercury Rev's "Deserter's Songs" or the Flaming Lip's "Soft Bulletin. I can handle the lower registers a la Phantogram. Owning a DAW - even Garage Band - is an absolute must. It's 2021. Hell, you can live outta the state or outta the whole bloody United States. I do have access to rehearsal space, but working remotely is completely doable.
