Looking for Commercial Flooring Installation Crews for servicing national commercial accounts. Work requires extensive travel to varying jobsites to execute installation of flooring work and detailing/punch list items for final completion. Responsibilities - Servicing a variety of national commercial accounts taking care of complete installations on new construction and remodels. Involves traveling to a variety of job sites and executing various quality commercial flooring installations and follow-up to finish out the close-out of new construction/remodel. Travel may be regional and national. Skills & Abilities - Must be an accomplished commercial mechanic installer(s) with experience in all types of flooring in a commercial setting of hospitality, assisted living facilities, medical, commercial offices, etc. Requires working with a variety of people and successfully representing the quality and customer service orientation that is the hallmark of this company. Our projects have a wide variarty of products: Carpet – carpet tile and broadloom. Glue down and stretch-in Resilient Flooring – luxury vinyl tile, vinyl composition tile Resilient base – millwork style resilient base, standard resilient base Sports flooring – Rubber tile/rolls, cushion sheet vinyl Experience – 5 years working commercial flooring projects. Must have a valid driver's license, workers comp. and liability insurance and have a working vehicle(s) with basic tools for the flooring industry. Be willing to travel for work. Work requires normal related tasks.. Must have someone on each crew that can speak and comprehend English.
