Are you ready for change? Express Employment Professionals is seeking Line Cooks for a one-of-a-kind hotel on Lanai. Our client will be covering initial travel cost and accommodate housing - room and board will be provided at the resort for employees! Line Cook Responsibilities: - Execute final product/dishes with high quality - Work harmoniously with peers and supervisors - Maintain clean working environment - Familiar with operating and cleaning following products (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, meat, cheese slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill - Proficiency with various knifes What we look for in a line cook? - Min. one (1) year of experience as a Cook - Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70lbs - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Comfortable working in hot/cold environments - Attention to detail How to Apply: Call our office at (808) 628-3866 for an immediate interview!
