Sweet cat needs New home

I cleaned out a house after owners up and left for an emergency. 2 Cats were left, one got out and unsure where it is looks just like the one pictured as well. This cat is the sweetest cat ever my daughter just met this cat yesterday and it slept with her last night. We are only allowed to have one cat and so we need to rehome this one. Unsure if it’s a boy or girl, or fixed.
