YouthBuild: Business Bootcamp is a program for young adults ages 17-24 (must be turning 18 by June of 2022) that provides high school equivalency (HSE) instruction, as well as training in the areas of small business ownership, digital literacy, customer service, and employment readiness. Candidates earn a stipend while participating and have access to job placement assistance upon completion. Youthbuild Business Bootcamp Candidates Can Obtain: • High School Equivalency Diploma • Employment Readiness Training • Job Placement Assistance •Business Development Certification Eligibility Requirements: • Between the ages of 17-24 (must be turning 18 by June of 2021) • No high school diploma/equivalency • Not currently in school • Legally eligible to work in US • New York City resident • Must be able to take a placement exam and score the required reading and math score (services are available for remediation) • Able to commit to 4 months of training and instruction Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-3pm, Friday 8:30am-12:30pm Interested Applicants Must Submit: • Birth Certificate • Social Security Card • Valid State ID • Proof of Address How to Apply: To begin the application, click here: Principals only.
