Part time superintendent position in a 14 unit apartment house with a reduced rent for a 1 bedroom apartment in beautiful East Yonkers. Duties include sweeping and mopping stairs and common areas once a week, organizing and taking out garbage twice a week, cutting grass in small backyard as needed, shoveling snow as needed, salting exterior walking areas during winter as needed, being on call to handle any emergencies of the building such as shutting of water if there is a leak or boiler going off etc. Applicant will be responsible for cleaning and painting of vacant apartments for extra pay. Rent will be $500 a month. Will discuss all other particulars of job and apartment details at time of interview.
