This is a 3.5 hour CE course for real estate licensees that addresses best practices for parties when submitting or reviewing multiple offers. This class is a mix of interactive discussion regarding pro's and con's of different methodology and how we communicate them to our clients. We will also go in depth into the statewide addenda pertaining to multiple offer situations and how they should be used. Eric Johnson is the Director of Training and lead trainer for the Real Estate Academy of Washington based in Spokane WA.
