This course is instructed by Eric Johnson.  Eric has been in the industry since 1995 and a Managing Broker since 2003.  Throughout his career he has reviewed thousands of transactions.  Join him in sharing his experiences and real life application of the Purchase and Sale agreement and addenda! This is a 7 ½ hour course focusing on the Purchase and Sale Agreement which is the foundation of the transaction between the buyers and sellers of real estate.  It covers such topics as material terms and requirements of a contract, all the provisions of the statewide Purchase and Sale Agreement and the addenda that compliment the Purchase and Sale Agreement. The first day will be from 8:30am-12:30pm and the second day will be from 8:30am-12:00pm. This class is mandatory for SAR members every 4 years.  Eric Johnson is the Director of Training and lead trainer for the Real Estate Academy of Washington based in Spokane WA. Eric started in the real estate industry in 1995.  During his career he has sold real estate, managed several offices and is currently partners in Northwest Real Estate Brokers encompassing three brands and five market areas. Real Estate Academy of Washington offers continuing education for real estate licensees that meets national, state and local requirements for Realtors.
