The SCORE Tulsa Chapter has over 40 active members.  Members' backgrounds include: executive and managerial positions in manufacturing, construction, international sales, pharmacy, oil & gas, aerospace, public relations, technology, and other areas.  Many have personal experience with small business ownership and about half own and operate their own business.  They volunteer their experience with those who plan to start a business or need advice on managing an existing business.  SCORE is a volunteer organization founded in 1964 with over 300 Chapters nationwide dedicated to small businesses, both existing and startups. There are more than 10,000 volunteer members and SCORE operates as a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
