Description

Breathwork to alchemize stress For many of us, becoming more compassionate and elevating social causes is a path toward healing. On this important Labor Day weekend come back to your center, your creativity and reveal your capability to hold a large life without trauma. Join Sazha Alexandra Ramos for a 90 minute workshop, she will prepare your body with Kundalini Yoga exercises and take you on a heart opening journey through breath. Charge your body and mind; soothe trauma and be able to weave clear boundaries around you. About Sazha Sazha Alexandra Ramos is the CEO of national nonprofit, Recovery Organization Resources, Navy veteran, and addiction recovery wellness leader. After working at the highest levels of government in Washington DC, she uncovered her mission to guide others to liberation from trauma and addiction and after her own initiation into this sacred work. She deeply believes community-centered healing is necessary for the Aquarian Age.
