Description
Unleash your inner child at a night of music, improv, and other silliness. Silly and serious 🥳 This month, we'll explore human connection games–with a nonviolent twist. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is an approach to communication based on principles of nonviolence. It was developed in the 1960s by psychologist and master facilitator Marshall Rosenberg, as a way to help people stop hurting their loved ones with their words, especially in times of disagreement. This is still an ecstatic playground! Expect music, improv, and connection games during the first half. Then we'll start to slow down to learn the basics of NVC and practice it together using authentic relating games. About Ecstatic Playground Ecstatic Playground is a monthly event dedicated to the transformative power of play. We'll flow through a sequence of music, improv, and connection games to unleash your inner child in a sacred & silly container. Come join our intimate community of warm & loving souls for hours of frivolity and a hangout after the event. We like to keep things small, so get your ticket early.
