Our next bottle release of 2021 features our yearly release of the decadent base Medianoche as well as a returning favorite, Starry Noche! Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 4th at 10am when tickets go on sale! Medianoche The 2021 vintage of our flagship Barrel-Aged Stout was selected from a blend of batches aged in freshly emptied Weller 6-yr wheated bourbon, Blanton's 7-yr bourbon, Heaven Hill 14-yr bourbon and other 5-11 yr bourbon barrels for 23-27 months. Medianoche, which means "midnight" in Spanish, embodies the hard work, patience, and uncompromising dedication to excellence we value at WeldWerks. Available in 500 mL bottles to-go for $26 each, limit 2 per person Starry Noche Starry Noche started as a carefully selected blend of Medianoche batches aged for 20-33 months (with an average age of 25 months) in a variety of freshly emptied Weller 6-yr wheated bourbon, Blanton's 7-yr bourbon and other 5-11 yr bourbon barrels. After more than two years in barrels, the blend was conditioned on more than 3 lbs/gallon of toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips (read: an absolute TON of coconut), then finished with toasted hazelnut. Available in 500 mL bottles to-go for $32 each, limit 3 per person Both bottles will be available exclusively through Eventbrite. Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at the brewery between Wednesday, September 8 and Sunday, September 19 during taproom hours. Our current taproom hours can be found here: https://weldwerks.com/locations/. If you are unable to pick up bottles during the pickup window, PLEASE, DO NOT BUY TICKETS! Tickets will go on sale promptly at 10:00 AM MST on Saturday, September 4th. Be sure to read all of the details below before purchasing tickets! Ticket Details Individuals must be 21 or older to purchase tickets, as verified by a valid photo ID at the time of ticket exchange (bottle pickup). Proxies picking up orders for others are allowed for this release and must be 21 or older. Proxies DO NOT NEED to be listed or named in advance, but they must present the original purchaser's Eventbrite tickets (printed or digital) when picking up orders. There is a strict limit of 5 proxy pickups per person (their own order excluded).Each ticket entitles the patron to redeem (1) one 500 mL bottle of the bottle listed on the ticket. There is a strict limit of (2) two bottles of 2021 Medianoche and (3) three bottles of Starry Noche. One ticket = one bottle redemption, so a full allocation requires the redemption of (5) five tickets. Additional orders placed that exceed the stated limits will be canceled without notice.Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at WeldWerks Brewing Co. (508 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631) between Wednesday, September 8 and Sunday, September 19 during taproom hours. Tickets (either digital or printed) must be presented in person in order to receive bottles. All unclaimed bottles remaining after the pickup window will be forfeited. Orders for unclaimed bottles will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.Individuals who attempt to violate these policies may be ineligible for future bottle purchases, so please do not waste our time and yours by trying to circumvent these rules.
